Deposit
There is a €200 deposit to lock down your spot in my queue.
- Deposits are non refundable.
- Deposits go towards the final price.**If for any reason there is a delay bigger than 2 weeks, and I cannot get started at the discussed date, the deposit will no longer go towards the final price.

Rights
- Commercial rights will be transferred to you after payment is fulfilled.
- The artist keeps the rights to display the model in their portfolio and is allowed to post progress updates on their social media.

Alterations
- You may request up to twenty (20) revisions in the rigging phase free of charge. Anything after that will be charged accordingly.
- The first one (1) revision after the rigging phase is free of charge. Anything after that will be charged accordingly. (This does not include fixes)

Cancelling
- The artist offers strictly no refund unless the artist initiates it.Payment
- Payment will be fulfilled through PayPal invoice or VGen. 50% up front, 50% upon completion unless otherwise discussed.
- Commissions under €200 will be payed up front in full.
- The files will be transferred after the price is payed in full.
- If payment is not made within a week of the agreed upon date, a reminder will be sent. If payment is not completed within a week from the reminder (without reason), The Artist reserves the right to stop working on the commission, without refund.

Process
- Turn around time is 1-4 months, depending on details. This will be discussed before starting.General
- You are not allowed to re-sell the vtuber model without the artists permission.
- You are not allowed to redistribute the files, or claim the art as your own.
- Please contact the artist if you want to edit or add on to the model.
- The artist is allowed to post the commission and progress to social media. Please let the artist know beforehand if you want to keep the model secret until debut.
- Please credit the artist clearly and link to the artists twitter (@ElaineLArt)
- Prices of the commission are subject to change at any time.
